May 2012 – days – weeks – months – they go by so fast! We can’t stop them. We can’t even impede their progress. But May is a special month. May 3rd, National Day of Prayer, May 13th, Mother’s Day, May 27th, Pentecost Sunday and May 28th, Memorial Day. All these days are special but the one that May is famous for is Mother’s Day. Hats off to all you moms, you are special! Thank you for birthing us. Today, Americans kill 1,200,000 babies a year and call it choice. How did we get to this point in our country? Because we, as a nation, have turned our backs on God’s moral laws. Thomas Jefferson, one of our founding fathers, declared that every person has a right to life. Blessed is the woman who walks with God. Take time to honor the mom of your life. If your mom is living and you have a smile for mother, give it now. If you have a kindly word, speak it now, she’ll not need it when the angels greet her at the golden gate. If you have a flower for mother, give it now; she will have her share in heaven, scattered at her feet galore. Thank you mom for choosing life. We honor you! God bless you is my prayer.
