The digital age that we live in is affecting more than how church families communicate, it is also shaping family relationships. For better or worse, technology is altering families and influencing how we interact. I want to encourage you to be a little bit old fashioned during this special Valentine, love- celebrating month of February. Take time to say I love you, buy a card, hand deliver it, talk to one another, just remember, the computer screen cannot hold you. The loving embrace of a loved one cannot be sensed through e-mail. Make a choice to disconnect from the digital world or turn off the technology and just be loving, kind and communicate.
Take time to let your brothers and sisters in Christ know also that because of Jesus Christ’s love for us, we love each other. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples because you have love one for another.
Della and I pray that each you will be blessed with love and may righteousness, peace and joy be yours. We love you. Have a wonderful love-filled Valentine. Why not just extend it and make it a love-filled month!
